How to use JPG to PDF well
JPG to PDF places one or more JPG or PNG images onto PDF pages and returns a single document. It is suitable for photographs, scans and photographed paperwork that need to be submitted in a widely accepted document format.
How to use this tool
- Add JPG, JPEG or PNG images and arrange them in the required sequence.
- Review orientation and crop images beforehand if unwanted surroundings are visible.
- Create the PDF, download it and check page order, readability and rotation before sharing.

Privacy and document handling
Images are uploaded for temporary server processing, then removed after the job. The resulting PDF uses an expiring download link. PDFTools does not create a permanent gallery, train systems on the images or use their visual contents for advertising. Photos can contain sensitive surroundings or location metadata, so review them before uploading.
Important limitations
Converting an image to PDF does not make the words editable or searchable. Run OCR on the finished document if a text layer is required. Image resolution controls readability and file size: low-resolution photos will not become sharper, while very large photos can produce a large PDF. Transparency in PNG files may be flattened against a page background.
