How to generate, test, and download

1

Generate

Choose a content type and enter its details. The live preview updates automatically as you type or customize the design.

2

Scan-test

Use your phone camera to scan the preview. Confirm that the exact link, message, contact, or Wi-Fi details open correctly.

3

Download

Choose PNG for screens and sharing, or SVG for sharp printing at any size. Test the downloaded file once more before use.

Remember: this QR code is static. Its destination is permanently built into the image and cannot be changed later. Always scan-test before printing. Your content is sent only to the SchoolTools renderer to create the image and is not saved.

What do L, M, Q, and H mean?

L Low · about 7%

Creates the simplest QR pattern. Use it for clean, high-quality digital displays where damage is unlikely.

M Medium · about 15%

The recommended everyday choice. It balances easy scanning, compact patterns, and moderate damage recovery.

Q Quartile · about 25%

Better for printed labels, posters, or surfaces that may become scratched, dirty, or partly covered.

H High · about 30%

Best when adding a centre logo or expecting wear. It recovers the most damage but creates a denser QR pattern.
