SchoolTools brings everyday document, image, school-record and office jobs into one clear, free workspace.
Why it exists
SchoolTools was created for students, teachers, school administrators, small teams and professionals who regularly need to fix a PDF, clean a spreadsheet, prepare a school record or complete a calculation quickly.
Most tools work without an account. An account is optional and supports comments, saved identity and higher usage allowances—not a paywall around the basic toolbox.
The main toolbox is available without a subscription. AI features requiring paid providers are clearly marked as coming soon or credit-based.
Uploaded documents are processed to produce the requested output and scheduled for automatic deletion. We do not sell uploaded files or use them to train models.
Tools explain what they preserve, what may change and when a scan, unusual font or complex layout may need review.
Your documents
Security logs, conversion status, account details and billing records may be retained where necessary. Uploaded documents are temporary. Read the exact details in our Privacy Policy and Terms.
